Steve Scott Realtors was created in the early 1990's from the vision of a handful of top producing real esatte brokers who wanted greater control of their careers.  The vision was based on the premise that every broker would receive 100% of the commissions they earned, and share 100% in the expenses of the office. 

It was a ground-breaking concept at the time, and many said it would never work.  What's more, there was no one standing over anyone's shoulder telling them how many cold calls, or farming letters, or contacts or anything else they needed to do.  Every agent determined what their business plan would be and how to succeed at it.

This group of experienced, committed, career professionals found the challenge exhilarating.  It was an environment of no limits and endless possibilites, and so it remains today.  Year after year, Steve Scott Realtors in one of the top producing real estate offices in Central Oregon.  Our 34 brokers have an average of 12 years experience and our combined total number of years in the business is 419!  our company has both residential and commercial divisions, and many of our brokers are active in real estate and service related professional organizations, and serve on government advisory committees at both the local and state level.

Most of our professionals have lived in Central Oregon for many years, and whether they are native Oregonians or moved here from the big city, all recognize what in incredible place we live in.  As often as we experience the crisp pine scented air, the magnificent sunsets, a meteor shower at midnight, or a doe and her two fawns on the front lawn, one might think we would grow bored.  But it hasn't happened yet.  Every tine is better than the last, and we are constantly reminded why we chose to live in this wonderful place.
